In 2005, we launched our line of restaurant salad dressings. It was a two year process from the idea to the bottle. Thanks to our son Jedediah for the name (he always called them "Daddy's Salad Sauce") and our good friend Mikel Cirkus for the label design, you can now purchase our sauces at the restaurant and at Prime Time Meats in Milford and at Pegala Unlimited in Shohola. Our "Herb Mustard Vinaigrette" and "Yogurt-Cilantro" Salad Sauces are all natural with no preservatives and can also be used for dips and spreads.
The refrigerated 12 ounce bottles sell for $5.95 each.
